Florida Supreme Court Order AOS-C14-19

In March of 2014, the Florida Supreme Court issued administrative order aosc14-19, ending the moratorium on electronic access to court documents and outlining security requirements for remotely accessing court records online.
The resulting effort by the Clerk’s Office provides stakeholders and customers with remote, electronic access to court records and documents.
The Monroe County Clerk of the Circuit Court has made every effort to be consistent in the records that are provided over the counter and online, based on Florida laws and statutes. However, in some cases, due to security or privacy concerns, a case record or document may not be available online.
