The Electronic Access to Court Records Pilot Project is governed by rules promugulated by the Florida Supreme Court. This initial Phase is based on the access levels available to Public access users and Attorneys of Record, as defined by the Florida Supreme Court's Access Security Matrix.
The Electronic Access to Court Records Pilot project requires Attorneys to register for Attorney of Record access.
Attorneys follow these steps to create an account:
- All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Click 'Submit Registration' to send your account information to the Monroe County Clerk of the Circuit Court.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration within 2 business days from receipt of your signed notorized access agreement.
